e-OMED announces call for proposal for 2020

Mr/Mrs/Madame Chairman/Director,

Dear e-OMED member,

(and for the Board members Dear Colleague, Dear Friend)

Our association has an important role to play in the framework of the relations between Mediterranean countries and in the development of  digital technology uses  dedicated to training or research . This role is undoubtedly enhanced by the unique situation imposed by the health crisis related to COVID-19. I am therefore delighted, despite the unfavourable circumstances due to the containment, that we have been able to prepare without delay, with all the members of our board, the 2020 call for projects to be now open.

As you will read, the subject chosen: “DIGITAL EVALUATION AND CERTIFICATION” becomes one of the main concerns of higher education institutions. In order to be able to raise more contributors, we wished to make this appeal open for the first time to colleagues – as associates and not as leaders – from institutions which are not  member of e-OMED. We are also proposing for the first time the text of this call in English and Arabic. So do not hesitate to disseminate it widely around you.

This will also be the theme of our next colloquium to be held on 22 and 23 March 2021 in Rome, Italy. Please save the dates!   All the details concerning this event (registration, venue, program, scientific contributions, ………) will be communicated to you during the next quarter. This conference is co-organized with UNINETTUNO, our e-OMED partner, and the international association UNIMED.

This colloquium will be followed by a half-day session (23 March afternoon) devoted to the General Assembly of our association.

Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about this call for proposals or the organization of our next ccolloquium and General Assembly.

Sincerely yours,

François Henn
President of e-OMED
